I will try to explain. When you asked me to speak about women and fiction I sat down on the banks of a river and began to wonder what the words meant. Some 60% of those who seized the opportunity paid nothing at all, but the band seemed pleased with the result; one estimate had it earning nearly $3m from the experiment.
