Management process includes decision making where authority and advancement patterns meet and is existing in every corporation. Two ideas implemented in decision making: * Consensus manager: person achieving a communally defined goal skillfully. * Take charge guy: Person achieving in a determined way by exciting and dynamic leadership.
Decision making is necessarily, thoroughly and routinely carried out along with managerial discussions and is highly rationalized at the same time. Managers act as building architects plovers and the directors of the workplace and are subjected to similar level of process undergone by all level organizations. People’s opinion differs all the time. In managerial process whenever the decision has to be made it is necessary to include multiple people because if something wrong it can be pointed at people who were involved in decision making. When a person is unable to make their own decision looking up and looking around situations arises. This situation is critical when decision making mainly focus on large money, public exposure or impact on ones company. Sometime even senior managers who are believed to make perfect decision struggle with situations involving huge risks. Two aspects involving this situation is: * Some people are placed at higher position than they are deserved to be. In this case a slightest fault in decision making with cost their career and reputation all at once. * Manager will know what decision to take but still is forced to the situation of asking other opinion as it involves huge risk taking.
Technique to avoid blame taking is to go for short term working. Following this, a person can be benefited having higher position at another company and also has milked profit from previous company. This may fail if person performs fatal error in amidst of

Various approaches have been proposed by psychologists, most based on a “divide-and-conquer” strategy. This strategy – also labeled “problem decomposition” – involves breaking a large decision problem into smaller parts. The idea is not new: In a “Letter to Joseph Priestly,” Benjamin Franklin was one of the first to describe a decomposition strategy. This study examines the problem of the judgment of information quality and cognitive authority by observing people’s searching behavior in the Web. Its purpose is to understand the various factors that influence people’s judgment of quality and authority in the Web, and the effects of those judgments on selection behaviors. Fifteen scholars from diverse disciplines participated, and data were collected combining verbal protocols during the searches, search logs, and post-search interviews. It was found that the subjects made two distinct kinds of judgment: predictive judgment and evaluative judgment. The factors influencing each judgment of quality and authority were identified in terms of characteristics of information objects, characteristics of sources, knowledge, situation, ranking in search output, and general assumption.
