The second term is locus of control, which is also split into two parts one being internal control orientation and the second being external control orientation. The internal control relates more to when a person believes that they have personal control over the outcome of a situation by their own personal choice, whereas the external control personality believes that really no matter what they do the situation will more than likely end the way it was going to regardless of the decisions that they make. I am an internal control personality, I believe that personal choices are the only thing that can really decide the outcome of a situation and that no one else can really control what decisions or choices that you make.
