John Dewey an American philosopher and education reformer said: “We do not learn from experience … we learn from reflecting on experience.” Through this program, Occupational Behavior and Management, I realize it is essential to look at our strengths and find ways to utilize them to improve our weaknesses. This practice is not only true in business it is true for life. Reflecting on my life and realizing I have not reached the goals I have set for myself requires change. Continuing to behave the same and expecting a different outcome will never produce results. I see the benefits of both the Myers-Brigg assessment as well as the TTI Success Insights assessment. I now have a clear path to improve my interactions with people and the quality

Heiss made me ask more questions than understanding simply because of generalization aspects.
