...Part 1 What do I think what the world would be without photography, close your eyes what do you see? All of us would see nothing, that nothing would affect everyone, only the true magnitude without photography in our lives today we would all be lost. Photography helped us capture and transmit that special moment and if we lost the ability to take photographs the world itself would be different. I could not go back and look at my old embarrassing childhood photos just a memory that I could not share. All my Naval Achievements and Awards that I have accomplish were all photographed and framed. The photos of all my children would all disappear and all would just be a memory in my brain. Just imagine no TV, we would still be watching live performances on the stage of reenactments of whatever was happening then and now. Everyone would have to gather at the local town hall or theater to watch the local news. Newspapers and Magazines would literally be boring no photographs to look at, just have to rely on someone to sketch it out. No more Facebook, Instagram, selfies, and no more people trying to photo bomb you, our society today would go crazy. We would move on, discover something new, but if photos didn’t exist people would have continued to use illustrations as a means of preserving history. The world without photographs would be a challenge, but then we would have more free time to communicate with one another, learn something new, and appreciate what the world has given us....

...ideals, political views and processes, choice in cuisine, religious beliefs, or spoken language people have always been interested in other parts of our vast world. But then a problem emerges…how much is it going to cost? How long will it take to get there? Is anyone actually interested? As with most things, it costs money to keep running, clean, or accessible to the public. Some people want to travel to some far away land and see a landmark, eat unique dishes with the locals, or even just catch up with the family…but not everyone can afford buying a plane ticket to such places. Or afford to learn how to speak the native tongue. Fansubbing, the activity of placing an aftermarket textual overlay on top of a video stream for the sole purpose of translating any audio or video contained within into another language by a member or group of members of the fan community, can trace it roots back to the 1970’s[1] when on military personal from the United States brought or sent VHS tapes home to friends and family from Japan, sparking interest in Anime in the United States. First it started off with small AV club showings in High Schools and Universities. Members would gather together to watch the tapes they received, but would always run into the same issue: What were these people saying? It was one thing to have a person in the room who perhaps spoke Japanese to explain it (perhaps poorly), but it was something else to be able to hear the characters and be able to follow along with text...

...Marketing Violence to Kids Jeremy Eisnor ITT Online Written Analysis January 9, 2015 Abstract It is said that video game makers advertise their violent games, to young children and that that leads to violence among the youth. I believe that companies market their games in general, and when it comes to ones deemed violent, they are careful not to market to children. I also believe the games cannot be blamed for the children being violent. I play violent video games and so does my son, and we are the least violent people you will ever meet. At some point we as parents have to stop blaming games, movies, TV, or any other type of media for the violent actions of our kids. Marketing is everywhere, and no matter how well you control it, kids will see it, especially in this day and age of information. My son and I play video games all the time and some of our favorite are the ones considered violent. The Grand Theft Auto series of games are some of the best if you like video games. It isn’t the best because of the violence but because the content of the game and what you’re allowed to do. You can roam free in this world and explore things and basically do things as you want or you can do specific missions. We will continue to play these games and if they are violent then so be it. We are with the majority of people who understand these are just games and they do not makes us any more violent then we already want to be. The truth is we give our...
