RUTA
Es un camino, vía o carretera que une diferentes lugares geográficos y que le permite a la personas desplazarse de un lugar a otro, especialmente mediante automóviles, aunque también es recurrente la presencia en estas de ómnibus.

La palabra ruta proviene del francés route, que a su vez deriva del latín rupta. Se trata de un camino, carretera o vía que permite transitar desde un lugar hacia otro. En el mismo sentido, una ruta es la dirección que se toma para un propósito.

Urbana es la de una ciudad, interurbana, ciudades y provincias. Vía urbana es aquella que transcurre por poblado y vía interurbana es aquella que transcurre entre poblados o núcleos urbanos
La vía urbana la encuentras en la ciudad y la interurbana a partir del momento que dejas la ciudad. Por eso existen medios de transportes urbanos e interurbanos.

Se dice que una vía es urbana cuando atraviesa alguna parte de la ciudad. La vía interurbana es la que une dos o más ciudades o poblaciones. Se aplica el término ruta urbana, a aquellas rutas de transporte colectivo que recorren las calles de la ciudad, y las rutas interurbanas, cuando el transporte se desplaza entre dos ciudades o poblaciones. En algunos casos se aplican a las rutas que unen un poblado o localidad con la ciudad principal.

Sectores Económicos | Hace falta sensibilidad por parte del gobierno en torno a la operación de la Red Urbana de Transporte Articulado (RUTA), pues aunque sus rutas alimentadoras ya están funcionando, hay deficiencias y no pasan con la frecuencia esperada en función de las necesidades de los usuarios.Así lo indicó el presidente del Consejo de Organismos Empresariales (COE), Sergio Julio Curro y Martínez, quien señaló que falta más información para que la población conozca las rutas, tiempos de traslado, operación de alimentadoras y alcances de sus servicios.Reconoció que también se hicieron los estudios de origen y destino, pero hizo falta considerar que gran parte de la población es suburbana y tienen que trasladar bultos y mercancías, como hortalizas.Ello luego que por lo menos doce vehículos de la línea 4 de la alimentadora de la Red Urbana de Transporte Articulado (RUTA) fueron tomadas la tarde del lunes por los pobladores de Cacalotepec, inconformes por el servicio, que pidieron reinstalar los microbuses de la empresa Lusac y Ocoyucan en la localidad, que pasaban cada 5 minutos, a diferencia de los autobuses de RUTA, que se tardan hasta una hora en prestar el servicio.En ese contexto, el COE reiteró su postura de que debe de revisarse las condiciones de servicio y operación de RUTA para que el servicio sea óptimo y de real beneficio, y no se convierta en foco de conflictos como este o de contaminación al provocar la saturación de vialidades en horas pico.El hecho es que deben de hacerse los estudios técnicos y de factibilidad pertinentes, no solamente en términos de garantizar un traslado de extremo a extremo de la zona metropolitana, sino responder a las necesidades de los pobladores que requieren de un servicio eficiente, con más unidades que evite conflictos a los usuarios.Al incorporarse ayer la operación total de las 10 rutas alimentadoras del Primer Eje Troncal de la RUTA, que sustituirá a 216 unidades, la visión del COE es que el proceso debió de acompañarse tanto de estudios técnicos como de la concertación política necesaria para evitar conflictos como el bloqueo carretero en la federal Puebla-Atlixco del lunes. |
