1.1 Venue
The Fabulous Baker Boy is a medium 68-seater café with the total area of 100 m2.

1.2 Location
The café is located at the foothills of Fort Canning Park which is situated along River Valley Road, Singapore. Its location is a little bit hidden as customers need to walk over a distance from the main road.
1.3 History
The café which owned by Juwanda Hassim and opened in August 2012 was previously a cafeteria of River Valley Swimming Complex before it was demolished and converted into an art gallery, Viridian Art House in 2003 who shared the building with the café till 2014.
1.4 Business Model
The business model of The Fabulous Baker Boy is a full-service bakery café where besides serves brunch, dinner, and tea, it also caters for cake order for special occasion.
1.5 Refurbishment and Cost
A major refurbishment to convert the café from outdoor to indoor was carried out from January to April 2014 at a cost of S$42,000, involving installation of air conditioners, glass panels, lightings, minor wall paintings and addition of new tables and chairs.
1.6 Current and Overall Condition
The café is currently in a very good condition as a major renovation has been done recently with new structure, fixture and furniture whereas the old furniture, fixture and equipment are well maintained with the exception of floor, ceiling and wiring which need more maintenance.
1.7 Target Market
The target markets of the café are mostly the office workers around the area and general public.
