Nearly 40 percent of disabled students didn’t graduate from high school according to one 2013 report, it sounds like an alarming bell about lagging high school graduation rates among students with disabilities.(Michelle Diament, 2015) Disability Discrimination Act defines disability as ‘a physical or mental impairment that has a substantial and long-term adverse affect on a person’s ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities’. (Fuller, Healey, Bradley, Hall, 2004)As the definition referred to mental and physical disability, Dyslexia, unseen disabilities, multiple disabilities and other personal care support. Not only the specific room for them, but also the extra time for testing, the extra point for the disabled students, and more tutorials for them will sightly made one negative results on them. The education discrimination should be highlight the need for the students with disabilities in many aspects: forceful regulation to ensure disabled students enrollment of schooling, make sure enrolled students get completely education cycle, and improve school teachers ans staffs management are all essential.

Although “not designed specifically as an employment discrimination measure but rather as a comprehensive plan to meet many of the needs of the handicapped” (Twomey, 2001, p.540). The Rehabilitation Act provided three sections (sections 501,503,504) that prevented discrimination in employment. Section 501 was applicable to the federal government itself.
