I know with the help of my friends and family I can achieve these goals in a shorter amount of time. I also know I have to keep my head held high and not give up in the times of struggle. There are many different tasks that I will need to do to get thinner. Cardio is a major way to sweat off those extra pounds that I want rid of. To do this I will devote and hour of my day to attending the gym. While at the gym I will do different cardio activities such as running on the treadmill, the elliptical, and maybe even join a cardio workout class. All these things will help to shed those extra pounds that I do not want. While losing those extra pounds to become thinner, I will also need to work on gaining muscle. In order to do this I will need to use the machines at the gym to strengthen my arms, legs, and abs. We met at Panara Bread restaurant on Dutchmans Lane. Our interview lasted approximately 1 hour. According to Mrs. Griffiths KYANNA’s goals are to support the development and advancement of black nurses and to improve the health and wellbeing of the African American community and serve as an unifying body between the community agencies and healthcare. KYANNA holds monthly meeting but due to the due date of this paper I would not be able to attend the next one which is scheduled for August 18th 2016.
