Effective communication is very important in every aspect of health and social care. You should be a good listen, you need to know what person wants from you, and then give that to your patient. Sometimes, it could be difficult to obtain the reason of patient for example: stress or sadness. Understanding is essential; you have more chance for trust from that person. Patient will be more open and next time it will be easier to help him.
Communication is also important between co-workers. Without understanding you will never be good to work in group. Often you will find yourself in situation, when you need somebody help in dealing with patient. It is good to be polite and act as a professional; you never know who is watching you. Patient may
