Stress Management Techniques:

This presentation talked about Stress and what causes stress and what are the ways that we can manage stress, I found this presentation very interesting, because It helped me discover new things I did not know about our bodies reaction to stress, for example when a person is stressed adrenalin is pumped through our blood therefore a flight or flight response is activated either the person faces the problem or just runs away and avoids it. Aside from that there is a very effective technique to tackle down a stressful moment, the breather response to stress. This mechanism allows the body to sit back and rethink the stressful situation properly before he or she engages in an action that they might regret in the future.

Time Management: Strategies For Success:

Although I manage time pretty well I chose to watch this presentation to enhance my management skill and thought I could lean new strategies to manage time precisely. After watching it, I felt that what I'm doing is perfectly the right technique about it. They talk about keeping track of time having a planner at al times either it being a notebook or a planner on a device like an I Pad or a phone. It also talks about keeping priorities at the top of everything according to importance and the weight of the assignment or task to be done.

Overcoming Procrastination: Causes & Cures

I am an effective time manager but I often find my self leaving some assignments towards the end of my due dates, why is do that is because I believe that I work better faster and more efficiently under pressure, but watching this presentation showed me that this is a myth and is wrong.
